Our grooming is handled by grooming chairs,

You can pay for grooming by mailing a check with your form or paying with Venmo. If you use Venmo please write VENMO at the bottom of your form. A FORM MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH ANY AND ALL PAYMENT FORM. 

 

If you wish to groom next to someone please send your forms together or make a note at the bottom of your form with any special requests. We will try to accommodate requests the best we can.

1 reservation of no more than 2 spaces per exhibitor.

(with no more than 3 reservations Per envelope- for a total of 6 spaces)

Spaces may vary in size with every attempt to make them as fair as possible will be extended as a courtesy to our
exhibitors- spaces normally 8 feet frontage and 12 feet deep.

Reserved Grooming is $50.00 for entire show weekend per space, no split days.

Grooming is in a packed dirt arena.

NO DRIVING INTO BUILDING ALLOWED AT ANY TIME-INCLUDING LOADING AND UNLOADING.

Bathing area available outside, bring your own hose if needed.

Bring Ground cover and mats- the fairgrounds does a great job of packing the arena.

Day of show parking is not included in the cost of reserved grooming.

Day of show parking is $5 per day- please bring exact change if possible, to minimize money exchange.

Check must accompany reservation for grooming

(if you desire confirmation a self-addressed stamped envelope must be
included in your application- otherwise the assignments will be posted on the doors of the grooming building)
